摘　　要：在网络环境下,如何有效培养职业院校教师的信息技术应用能力,提升教师信息化教学水平,保证线上教学质量,是当前高职院校的重要课题。该文以山东城市建设职业学院为例,重点介绍了网络环境下对教师开展线上教学信息技术培训的实践案例,分享了经验和思路。At present,it is an important topic for vocational colleges to effectively cultivate teachers'information technology application ability,improve teachers'information teaching level and ensure the quality of online teaching.Taking Shandong Urban Construction Vocational College as an example,this paper mainly introduces the practical cases of online teaching information technology training for teachers under the network condition,and shares the experience and ideas.
