摘　　要：本文通过阐释高校思政课教师形象的含义,分析高校思政课教师形象建构的必要性,进而从激发思政课教师形象自觉、搭建学生评价反馈平台、创新思政课教师考核激励机制三个方面探究促进高校思政课教师形象建构的路径。This paper analyzes the meaning of the image of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,analyzes the necessity of the construction of the image of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and then explores the ways to promote the construction of the image of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities from such three aspects as stimulating the consciousness of the image of ideological and political teachers,building a platform for student evaluation and feedback,and innovating the incentive mechanism for the evaluation of ideological and political teachers.
