摘  要:农村发展需要高素质并具备可持续发展能力的职业农民。新型职业农民教育是提高农民专业技能与综合素质的重要路径,是乡村振兴的人才保障。该文基于新型职业农民群体的特殊性,从教学内容的持续性、教学方法的灵活性以及增加实践应用考核比例等方面,对针对该群体的课程教学设计进行了分析和研究,旨在提高该群体的学习成效,推进新型职业农民的培育工作。Rural development requires professional farmers with high quality and sustainable development capabilities.The education of new-type professional farmers is an important way to improve farmers'professional skills and overall quality,and it is a talent guarantee for rural revitalization.Based on the particularity of new-type professional farmers,this paper analyzes and studies the curriculum teaching design for this group from the continuity of teaching content,the flexibility of teaching methods and the increase in the appraisal ratio of practical application,etc.,with the aim of improving the group's learning efficiency and learning effect,and promote the cultivation of new-type professional farmers.
