摘 要:随着课程改革的深入,学生的主体地位不断得以彰显,但是在日常课堂教学中教师急于告知,缺乏倾听的"单向对话"现象依然存在。本研究旨在通过课例研修的方式让教师切身体验基于倾听的对话教学,从而在观念和行动上实现课堂教学中的学生主体。研究采用行动研究法,通过"三课两反思"的行动教育模式,深入语文阅读课《生命生命》现场进行多角度的课堂观察和评课议课,聚焦课堂关键教学事件,发现问题,提出改进建议。明确了基于倾听的对话教学需要在发现问题中改进教学观念和行为,在倾听学生质疑中做到以学定教,在实践反思中改进倾听效果。With the deepening of the curriculum reform,students’dominant position has been constantly highlighted.However,in classroom teaching,students are eager to be informed,and the phenomenon of"one-way dialogue"still exists.The purpose of this study is to give teachers a preliminary experience of listening based on dialogue teaching by means of teaching examples,so as to realize the main body of students in classroom teaching in terms of ideas and actions.Through the action education model of"three lessons and two reflections",this research adopts the action research method to conduct in-depth classroom observation and class evaluation and discussion from multiple perspectives for the Reading lesson"Life Life",focusing on the key teaching events in the classroom,finding out the problems and putting forward suggestions for improvement.It is suggested that listening based dialogue teaching needs to improve the teaching concept in the discovery of problems,establishing the teaching content in the listening to students’questions,and establishing the teaching method in the listening to students’dialogue and inquiry.
