摘  要:文章阐述了现代学徒制的内涵及其特征,进而指出了政府、高校和学前教育机构联合培养学前师范生在资金、法律、政策、机制、实践等方面存在的问题,提出通过加大对学前教育机构扶持力度、建立校企合作共享互惠机制、健全三方沟通协调和选拔考核机制、联合出台学徒制师徒身份的资质筛选与审核制度等方面探索高职高专学前师范生培养的路径。This paper expounded the connotation and characteristics of the modern apprenticeship,which furthermore pointed out the problems existing in the joint training of the preschool Education students among the government,colleges and preschool educational institutions in the aspects of funds,laws,policies,mechanisms,practices and so on;proposed to explore the ways of training them in higher vocational colleges by strengthening the support for preschool educational institutions,establishing the mechanism of cooperation and reciprocal relations between the colleges and enterprises,perfecting the mechanism of the tripartite communication,coordination,selection and appraisal,and jointly establishing the regulation for selecting and checking the status and qualifications of masters and apprentices under the apprenticeship.
