摘  要:共情是一项可以被培养的能力,主体可以通过这种能力与社会的其他客体产生互动和沟通。本文试图以共情作为切入点,探讨以人文关怀为核心,以建立和培养大健康的概念和实践、提高医患沟通的技巧和能力为基本点,对医学实习生的共情能力进行培养的必要性,并将笔者实践中的心得与大家交流,以期抛砖引玉,进一步提高医学实习生的教学水平。The development of scholarship has increasingly taken empathy as a kind of ability that can be cultivated;through which,the individuals could efficiently communicate and dynamically interact with others within social and cultural context.This thesis takes the cultivation of empathy as the essential perspective to review the teaching and training of medical interns,involving the core value of humanistic care,the conception and practicing of macro-medicine and universal-health,as well as the down-to-earth ability and skill of doctor-patient communication.The authors share their theoretical thoughts and practical experiences,and expect the responses for the progressing of teaching and training of medical interns.
