摘 要:《山地(齿轨)轨道交通技术规范》是国内首部关于齿轨铁路的设计规范,为使广大设计人员更好地理解和应用,对规范的编制背景、总体思路与原则、适用范围、主要技术内容等进行解读。(1)规范编制是满足国内齿轨铁路建设的需要,是进一步丰富我国轨道交通技术标准体系的需要。(2)规范适用于新建1000 mm轨距,采用齿轮齿轨驱动或齿轮齿轨+钢轮钢轨驱动,最高运行速度不超过120 km/h,最大坡度不超过480‰的山地(齿轨)轨道交通工程设计。(3)Ⅰ型车具备轮轨黏着与齿轨并用特征,能适应坡度≯250‰的坡道;Ⅱ型车能适应坡度≯480‰的坡道,但只能应用于纯齿轨路段。(4)坡度大于40‰的地段采用齿轮-齿轨驱动系统,可适应的最小曲线半径为150 m,应重点考虑大坡度引起的纵向力对路基、桥梁结构以及轨道稳定性产生的影响。The Technical Code of Mountain(Rack)Rail Transit is the first design code for rack railway in China.In order to make designers better understand and apply the code,this paper interprets the background,the general concept and the principle,the scope of application and the main technical contents of the specification.(1)The code can meet the domestic construction of rack railway and improve the technical standard system of rail transit in China.(2)The code can be applied to the design of new rack railway with 1000 mm gauge,maximum operating speed of 120 km/h and maximum slope of 480‰.(3)The train of typeⅠcan meet the maximum slope of 250‰with the capacity for both the wheel/track adhesive rail and the rack rail;the train of typeⅡcan meet the maximum slope of 480‰,but is only applicable to the rack rail.(4)The rack rail transit can be used in the area with maximum slope than 40‰,and the minimum curve radius is 150 m.The influence of longitudinal force caused by large slope on subgrade,bridge structure and track stability should be taken into account.
