提高法律硕士专业实习质量的路径分析

摘　　要：专业实习作为一种重要的实践教学方式,是提升法律硕士职业能力的有效途径,在培养应用型法律人才中发挥了不可替代的作用。专业实习的效果不仅关系到法律硕士研究生培养的质量,更关系到法律硕士培养目标能否实现。但是目前我国法律硕士专业实习的效果不尽如人意,走过场与形式化现象比较严重,已经悖离了法律硕士专业学位设置的初衷。因此,只有真正认识到专业实习对法律硕士培养的重要性,改革实习过程中存在的各种弊端,完善各种举措以切实提高实习的效果,才能从根本上解决法律硕士研究生培养模式上存在的固有缺陷,才能真正培养出高层次的复合型、实务型法律人才。As an important practical teaching method,professional practice is an effective way to enhance the professional ability of juris masters,and it plays an irreplaceable role in training applied legal talents.The effect of the professional practice is not only related to the training quality of juris masters,but also related to whether the training goal of juris masters can be achieved.However,at present,the effect of the professional practice of juris masters in our country is not satisfactory,and the phenomenon of formality is relatively serious,which has deviated from the original intention of setting this degree.Therefore,only by truly recognizing the importance of professional practice to the training of juris masters,reforming the various drawbacks in the process of practice,and using various measures to effectively improve the effect of practice,can we fundamentally solve the inherent defects in the training model of juris masters,and truly cultivate high-level inter-disciplinary and practical legal talents.
