摘 要:国有企业的改革发展是我国全面深化改革的重要内容,而国有企业工资决定机制改革则是其中非常关键的一步。随着我国国企工资决定机制改革的不断深化,国有企业的激励机制如何更好地满足工资决定机制改革的需要,已经成为国企管理者必须考虑的重要问题。论文结合工作实践,围绕如何在国企工资决定机制改革的背景下,有效推动国企激励机制更好发挥作用,为企业发展保驾护航提出具体的落实策略。The reform and development of state-owned enterprises is an important content of comprehensively deepening reform in China,and the reform of wage determination mechanism of state-owned enterprises is a very important step in this.With the continuous deepening of the reform of wage determination mechanism in state-owned enterprises,how the incentive mechanism of state-owned enterprises can better meet the needs of the reform of the wage determination mechanism has become an important problem that the managers of state-owned enterprises must consider.Combined with the work practice,this paper puts forward specific implementation strategies on how to effectively promote the state-owned enterprises'incentive mechanism to play a better role under the background of the reform of wage determination mechanism in state-owned enterprises to protect the development of enterprises.
