幼儿园教师人-组织匹配与工作幸福感的关系研究

摘　　要：对423名幼儿园教师的人-组织匹配与工作幸福感进行调查发现,幼儿园教师的人-组织匹配与工作幸福感均处于中等偏上水平,其中要求-能力匹配程度最高,需求-供给匹配程度最低;幼儿园教师人-组织匹配与工作幸福感存在显著正相关;需求-供给匹配和要求-能力匹配能够显著预测幼儿园教师工作幸福感,且需求-供给匹配的预测作用更大。研究者据此提出相关建议。This study investigates the person-organization fit and occupational well-being of 423 kindergaten teachers.The results show that kindergarten teachers'person-organization fit and occupational well-being are above the medium level;of all dimensions,demands-abilities fit scores the highest while needs-supplies 6t is the lowest;teachers'person-organization fit is significantly positively correlated with occupational well-being;needs-supplies fit and demands-abilities fit can both significandly predict teachers'occupational well-being,and needs-supplies fit can predict better than demands-abilities fit.Some suggstions are provided.
