摘　　要：《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》(以下简称《总体方案》)是新时代中国特色社会主义教育理论体系在教育评价改革中的具体应用,《总体方案》的核心是破“五唯”顽瘴痼疾,深化考试招生制度改革是落实《总体方案》的关键。落实《总体方案》,需要社会各界充分认识新时代的改革背景、教育对整个社会牵一发而动全身的整体效应,以及教育评价在教育中的核心作用,转变评价观念,全方位深化教育评价改革。The Overall Plan for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era is the specific application of the socialist education theory system with Chinese characteristics in the reform of education evaluation in the new era.The core of the Plan is to resolve the deep-rooted problem of“five only”.The key step to implement the Plan is deepening the examination and admission system reform.In order to implement the Plan,all social entities need to fully understand the context of educational reform in the new era,to recognize the overall effect of education on the whole society,and to be aware of the core role of educational evaluation in education.We need change the concept of evaluation and deepen the reform of educational evaluation in an all-round way.
