摘  要:岗位胜任力是指根据特定岗位工作要求,能够胜任岗位需求并且表现优秀所需要具备的知识、技能、能力和特质。在中医专科医师规范化培训过程中,基于提高学员岗位胜任力的培养模式目前处于起步阶段。本文基于笔者的临床带教经验,结合我院急诊科开展中医专科医师培训的实际情况,初步探索急诊科中医专科医师规范化培训中的岗位胜任力的培养模式。Professional competency refers to the knowledge,skills,abilities,and traits in performing a particular position based on its job requirements.In the process of standardized training of TCM specialists,the training model of improving students’professional competency is currently in its infancy.Based on the authors'clinical teaching experiences and the actual situation in our TCM emergency department,this article is aim to discuss the training method of professional competency in the standardized training of TCM specialists in the emergency department.
