摘  要:专业群建构的实质就是要对所服务的区域产业集群中的技术技能型职业岗位群进行精准分析与定位,开设并组建能够同服务面向的职业岗位群精准对接的专业群,这是一个动态的生态化过程,专业群与区域产业集群应保持紧密的动态耦合匹配。当前高职院校专业群建构存在着“临时抱佛脚”“新瓶装旧酒”“学科化”的误区。根据专业群所服务面向的职业岗位群之间的关联方式,可从学科技术关联、行业业务关联、组织管理方式三个维度将专业群建构为以下四种主要模式:学科技术型、行业聚焦型、行业松散型、紧密复合型。高职院校高水平专业群的建构须对服务所面向的区域产业集群内部的职业分工协作展开深入调查,依据职业岗位群的内在知识关联组建适宜的专业群。The essence of specialty group construction is to accurately analyze and locate the technical specialty group in the regional industrial cluster to be served,and to establish a specialty group that can precisely connect with the professional post group to be served.This is a dynamic and ecological process,and a close dynamic coupling and matching relationship should be maintained between specialty groups and regional industrial groups.At present,there are some misunderstandings in the construction of specialty groups,such as"temporary worship","new bottles of old wine"and"discipline oriented".From the three dimensions of discipline technology connection,industry business connection and organization management mode,the specialty groups can be constructed into the following four types:discipline technology type,industry focus type,industry loose type and close compound type.The construction of highlevel specialty groups should carry out an in-depth investigation on the professional division and cooperation within the regional industrial clusters for which the services are oriented,establish appropriate specialty groups according to the internal knowledge association of the professional post groups.
