摘  要:目的:探讨CBL联合TBL教学法在消化内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将120名实习生随机分为实验组和对照组,采用CBL联合TBL教学法和传统教学法进行教学,分析两种教学法的教学效果。结果:实验组出科考核成绩高于对照组;问卷调查显示实验组学生自我受益和对教学方法满意度更高。结论:CBL联合TBL教学法有利于提高消化内科临床教学质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of CBL combined with TBL teaching method in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods:A total of 120 undergraduates were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group.CBL combined with TBL teaching method and traditional teaching method were used for teaching,and the teaching effects of these methods were compared and analyzed.Results:The test scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group.Questionnaires showed that students in the experimental group benefited themselves better and were more satisfied with teaching methods.Conclusion:CBL combined with TBL is beneficial to improve the quality of clinical teaching in gastroenterology.
