地方师范院校的类型定位研究

摘　　要：分类与定位是相伴生的两个概念,目的是为了促进高校更有效地发展,背后涵盖着资源配置、制度安排等问题。应用型高校是教学型高校的上位概念,地方师范院校定位于应用型高校,既符合客观逻辑,又有着充分的主观作为空间。客观上,它符合高等教育发展的内部逻辑,也符合高等教育系统外部关系规律。主观上,它充分体现了"师范"特色之义,探索出"转型发展"之路,彰显着从学院到大学的生命张力。Classification and positioning are two concomitant concepts,the purpose is to promote the better development of colleges and u-niversities,resource allocation and institutional arrangement are covered behind.Applied universities are the superordinate concepts ofteaching-oriented universities.Local normal universities are positioned in applied universities,which not only conform to objective logic,but also have sufficient subjective space.Objectively,it conforms to the internal logic of the development of higher education and the law ofthe external relations of the higher education system.Subjectively,embodies the meaning of fully embodying the characteristics of“normal education”,“transformation development”and the tension of life from college to university.
