摘 要:目的探讨耳内镜微创技术在耳鼻咽喉科临床见习教学中的应用意义。方法选取中山大学2016级临床医学本科见习生106名,按照见习时间顺序,6~8人为一组,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组见习教学中耳科手术示教采用耳内镜;对照组采取显微镜,见习结束后分析两组学生考试成绩差异及学生在学习兴趣、抵近观察术腔、中耳解剖易理解程度、手术微创程度、节省手术时间、手术示教课堂吸收率、缓解眼睛疲劳感、对教学方式满意度等方面评价差异。结果两组学生见习考试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。问卷调查显示,实验组学生对该组教学方式满意率达88.89%;实验组学生在学习兴趣、抵近观察术腔、中耳解剖易理解程度、手术微创程度、节省手术时间、手术示教课堂吸收率、缓解眼睛疲劳感、对教学方式满意度等方面评价均优于对照组学生,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳内镜微创技术应用于耳鼻咽喉科临床见习教学,有助于激发学生学习兴趣及提高学习效率,拓宽学生耳科微创外科视野,有助于推广耳内镜微创技术。Objective To explore the application of otoendoscopy minimally invasive technique in clinical probation teaching of otorhinolaryngology.Methods 106 Clinical medicine undergraduates of class 2016 from Sun Yat-Sen University were selected.6 to 8 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the time sequence of probation.In the experimental group,otoendoscopy minimally invasive technique was used for probation teaching;in the control group,microscope was used to analyze the differences of examination scores between the two groups regarding the students’interest in learning,close observation of the operating cavity,understanding of middle ear anatomy,minimally invasive degree of surgery,saving operation time and surgery.Differences in classroom absorption rate,eye fatigue relief and satisfaction with teaching methods were also compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups examination scores(P>0.05).The questionnaire survey showed that the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 88.89%;the performances of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in the aspects of learning interest,close observation of the operating cavity,understanding of middle ear anatomy,minimally invasive degree of operation,saving operation time,absorption rate of operation teaching classroom,relieving eye fatigue,satisfaction with teaching methods,etc.,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of otoendoscopy minimally invasive technique in clinical probation teaching of otorhinolaryngology is helpful to stimulate students’interest in learning and improve learning efficiency,and to promote the minimally invasive technology of otoendoscopy.
