摘 要:目的建立气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)快速定性及半定量检测食物中毒后呕吐物、血液中15种农药残留的方法。方法呕吐物、血液分别采用乙腈、乙酸乙酯溶剂超声萃取,提取液经分散固相萃取法净化,上清液氮吹浓缩至1 mL,通过气相色谱-质谱法检测分析。结果 15种农药在0.1~3.0μg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.992~0.998,检出限为0.001~0.005μg/mL,平均回收率为73.2%~96.6%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~9.4%。结论本方法操作过程简便、快速,重复性和准确性较好,适用于食物中毒事件中呕吐物及血液样品中多种农药的检测。Objective To establish a method for the rapid qualitative and semi-quantitative determination of 15 kinds of pesticide residues in vomit and blood after food poisoning with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Methods The vomit and blood were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with acetonitrile and ethyl acetate respectively. The extraction solution was purified by dispersive solid phase extraction. The supernatant liquid nitrogen was blown and concentrated to 1 mL, and then detected and analyzed by GC-MS. Results The 15 kinds of pesticides had good linear relationships within the concentration range of 0.1-3.0 μg/mL, and the correlation coefficients were 0.992-0.998. The limits of detection were 0.001-0.005 μg/mL. The average recovery rates were 73.2%-96.6%, and the relative standard deviations were 1.7%-9.4%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, repeatable and accurate, and suitable for the detection of various pesticides in vomitus and blood samples in food poisoning incidents.
