摘　　要：本文运用分段函数构造了Fpn上一类新的低差分一致性函数.然后证明了xd是Fpn上的3差分一致函数,其中d=±pn-1/2+pk+1,n,k为正整数.最后提出了完全PN函数的概念,并且给出了一些完全PN函数.In this paper,we first present some power mappings with low differential uniformity in Fpn.Second,we show that xd is differentially 3-uniform function over Fpnunder the condition that d=±pn+1/2+pk+1.Finally,we proposed the concept of complete perfect nonlinear functions,and some of such functions are provided.
