摘  要:为推进白酒酿造生产企业职业危害因素识别及其防治与日常管理,采用职业卫生学调查法、现场检测法及职业健康检查资料分析法等方法,对某白酒酿造生产企业的作业现场、操作工序及环境等进行检测,并分析相关岗位人员的体检情况。结果表明,案例企业在正常生产情况下,作业现场检测的各项指标均符合国家职业接触限值标准;健康检查的接尘组肺功能异常率略高,对照组未见肺功能异常者。案例企业重要职业危害因素涉及高温、噪音、粉尘和有害气体等方面,该企业重视职业危害识别与预防工作,采取的管理与防护措施合理有效并取得积极效果。In order to promote the identification,prevention,treatment and daily management of occupational hazards in liquor-making enterprises,the methods of Occupational Hygiene Investigation,on-the-spot examination and data analysis of occupational health examination were used in this paper,to detect the operation site,operation procedure and environment of a liquor-making enterprise,analyze the physical examination of related personnel.The results showed that under the normal production conditions,all the indexes of on-site detection met the national occupational exposure limit standard,the abnormal rate of lung function was slightly higher in dust-exposed group,and there was no abnormal lung function in control group.The important occupational hazards of the case enterprise involve high temperature,noise,dust and harmful gas,etc..The Enterprise attaches importance to the identification and prevention of occupational hazards,and takes reasonable and effective management and protection measures.
