摘 要:构建基于国家开放大学学习网的教学团队是解决开放教育教师数量严重不足的理想途径。湖北分部“学前儿童心理健康教育”课程教学团队以促进学习者主动学习、提供远程优质的教学服务为指导思想,在理论上注重多维度的团队设计思路,在实践中探索提炼了因地制宜的团队教学模式,对学习考核方式进行改革,在师生总体满意度、教学核心指标等方面取得了突破性的进展,学生的课程参与度、考试合格率达到了近几年的最高值,突显了教学团队对开放教育质量提升的显著影响。The construction of teaching team based on the learning network of Open University of China can quickly gather the strength and wisdom of open education teachers at different levels and regions,and form a strong teaching force.It is an ideal way to solve the serious shortage of open education teachers.It is an important subject in the innovation of talent training mode and teaching mechanism,and an effective measure to implement the process and improve the quality of open education.It is effectivly to establish a teaching team in provincial open universities and carry out course teaching and research through network platform.According to the requirements,the teaching team of"preschool children's mental health education"course of Hubei branch was set up and run.Through analyzes the construction path and operation practice of the team,the operation mechanism,the growth track and actual effect,so as to provide reference of the network-based course teaching team.
