河北自由贸易试验区背景下国际商务人才培养的思考

摘　　要：在信息技术大力发展和中国(河北)自由贸易试验区正式成立的双重背景下,河北省将面临财经人才培养规模小、人才结构不匹配等问题,这对河北省新财经人才尤其是国际商务人才的培养提出了新的挑战。因此,该文在陈述新背景下的国际商务人才的需求的基础上,分析了河北省国际商务人才培养的现状及存在的问题,并提出了提升河北省国际商务人才培养质量的对策。Based on the dual background of the vigorous development of information technology and the official establishment of China(Hebei)Pilot Free Trade Zone,Hebei Province will face a series of challenges on small scale of financial talent training,and talent structure mismatching,which poses new challenges to the training of new financial talents,especially international business talents.Therefore,on the basis of stating the needs of international business talents in the new context,this paper analyses the current situation and existing problems of international business talent training of Hebei Province,and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of international business talent training.
