摘　　要：通过文献研究,运用内容分析的方法,分析、总结近年来国内外教师职业认同的基本内涵、结构维度、发展机制、影响因素以及研究方法的发展和变化,供后续的研究参考。On the basis of literature research and applying the content analysis methodology, this paper analyses and summarizes the basic principles, structural dimensions, development mechanism, influential factors of teachers’ professional identity as well as the development and changes of research methods at home and abroad in recent years with the aim of providing implications for further researches.
