摘　　要：在大中小思政一体化背景下,中等职业学校思想政治课程新标准应运而生,确定了思想政治课在中职教育阶段育人过程中不可取代的重要地位和作用。本文主要从新课标实施产生的新变化入手,分析当代中职学生身心发展特点,结合目前中职学校思想政治课教学存在的诸多问题,对中职思想政治课教师角色转变提供可行性建议和发展方向。Under the background of the integration of ideology and politics education in all areas,new standards for ideological politics courses in secondary vocational schools came into being,which confirmed the irreplaceable important position and role of ideological politics courses in the educating of secondary vocational education.This paper mainly starts with the new changes resulting from the implementation of the new curriculum standards,analyzes the characteristics of the physical and mental development of contemporary secondary vocational students,combines many problems existing in the teaching of ideological politics courses in secondary vocational schools,and provides feasible suggestions and development directions for the role changes of ideological politics teachers in secondary vocational schools.
