意合形合的转换与手法医学的英译策略

摘　　要：通过研究英汉语言的差异及英语重形合、汉语重意合的语言特点,运用实例探讨手法医学英译的3个策略,即重组译文语序、使用被动语态和增加连接词,以实现意合到形合的转换,使译文更符合英文表达习惯,从而提高译文的准确性与读者的接受度,以期促进手法医学英译的发展。Based on the study of English and Chinese language differences and their features on hypotaxis-prominent by English and parataxis-prominent by Chinese,this paper adopts examples to discuss three strategies for translation of manual medicine,namely the reordering of statements,the usage of the passive voice and the addition of conjunctions for the purpose of conversion from parataxis to hypotaxis,in order to make the translation more consistent with English expression.Therefore,the accuracy of translation and acceptance of readers could be improved and translation of manual medicine could be promoted.
