摘　　要：目的探讨CDIO工程教育模式在住院医师规范化培训新型冠状病毒防疫实践培训中的应用及效果。方法选取2020年3月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院妇产科住院医师规范化培训基地在岗工作的住院医师38名,以病房为单位,随机分成实验组和对照组进行培训。对照组依照传统培训方式完成防护理论讲解,实验组采用CDIO模式专业化培训,结合妇产科专业安排培训课程,完成“构思—设计—实施—运作”4个模块。培训结束后,进行理论和技能操作考核,并通过工作压力量表和职业认同量表进行测评。分析两组住院医师的考核成绩,以及测评得分。结果实验组与对照组住院医师相比,理论成绩和技能成绩均显著提高(P<0.05);两组评测问卷中,实验组住院医师在组织管理方面、工作负荷方面、人际关系及医患关系方面的工作压力均低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组住院医师在工作压力与职业认同两个维度中的评估得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CDIO模式在降低工作压力和提高职业认同感的同时,能有效加强妇产科住院医师新冠疫情防护理论知识与实践技能,也为今后临床技能实践培训提供了新思路、新方法和新途径。Objective To explore the application and effect of CDIO engineering education mode in practice training of residents on COVID-19 epidemic prevention.Methods A total of 38 standardized training residents in department of gynecology and obstetrics who were working in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University in March,2020 were selected,and they were divided into the experimental group and control group randomly with the unit of ward.The control group completed protection theory explanation according to the traditional training method,while the experimental group adopted CDIO mode,combined training courses with the arrangement of department of the obstetrics and gynecology,and completed 4 modules of"conceiving,designing,implementing and operating".After the training,theoretical and skill operation exams were given to the two groups,and the work stress scale as well as the occupational identity scale were used for evaluation.The assessment results and assessment scores of the two groups of residents were analyzed.Results Compared with the residents in the control group,the theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).According to two sets of evaluation questionnaire,residents in the experimental group had lower working pressure than the control group in terms of organization of management,work load,interpersonal relationship and doctor-patient relationship,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Besides,the evaluation scores of residents in the experimental group was significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of working pressure and professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusion CDIO mode can not only reduce working pressure and improve professional identity,but also effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of residents in gynecology and obstetrics in COVID-19 epidemic prevention.It provides new ideas,methods and approaches for future clinical practical training.
