摘  要:目的探索“3+2”助理全科医生培养模式的临床医学及全科医学课程设置。方法分析海南医学院2013年编写的临床医学专业“3+2”培养模式教学计划。结果5年共开设8129学时,其中临床医学5891学时,占总学时的72.47%;全科医学433学时,占总学时的5.33%,占临床医学的7.35%。结论临床医学课程在助理全科医生培养中居主体地位,适度开设全科医学课程有助于培养全科医生专业能力。Objective This article explores curriculum mode of the clinical medicine and general medicine about"3+2"assistant general practitioners.Methods It analyzes the teaching plan of"3+2"class prepared by Hainan Medical University in 2013.Results There are a total of 8129 school hours in 5 years.5891school hours in clinical medicine accounte for 72.47% of total school hours.433 school hours in general medicine accounte for 5.33% of total school hours and accounte for 7.35% of clinical medicine.Conclusion The course of clinical medicine takes the main position in the training of assistant general practitioners,and at the same time,appropriately set up general medicine courses to cultivate the professional competence of general practitioners.
