摘　　要：围绕美发美容行业高素质技术技能人才短缺矛盾以及高职院校人物形象设计专业办学中的共性问题,提出“五美一专”的人才培养理念,开展“人才培养核心轴”与“产教融合育人轴”双轴联动的人才培养模式改革实践,探索了一条可供示范、应用和推广的专业人才培养有效途径。Based on the contradiction of the shortage of high qualified technical talents in the hairdressing industry and the common problems in the running of character image design major in higher vocational colleges,the paper points out that the talent training orientation of“five beauties and one special subject”systematically cultivates the comprehensive quality and ability of“hairdressing,beauty,make-up and beauty decoration”.And at the same time,we should uphold the students’interests to cultivate the compound talents which are specialized in one subject with multifunctional skills.As the reform measures of“two-axes linkage”talent training mode,“core axis of talent training”and“integration of production and education”were carried out,the results have explored an effective way of professional talent training for demonstration,application and promotion.
