摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度强调教育需求与产业需求相结合、学校育人与企业育人相协同、个体个性化发展与职业化发展相统一,对当前职业教育提出了新要求。文章从“1+X”证书制度的内涵及意义及其对高职院校“教师、教材、教法”三方面提出的新要求和Web前端开发职业技能等级标准中关键技术3个方面进行研究,提出关于“1+X”Web前端方向教学团队建设的思考和探索。“1+X”certificate system emphasizes the combination of education demand and industrial demand,the coordination of school education and enterprise education,and the unity of individual personalized development and professional development,which puts forward new requirements for current vocational education.This paper studies the connotation and significance of“1+X”certificate system,the new requirements of“teachers,teaching materials and teaching methods”in higher vocational colleges,and the key technologies in Web front-end development vocational skill level standard,and puts forward the thinking and Exploration on the construction of“1+X”web front-end direction teaching team.
