摘  要:建立食品中磷、硫含量的ICP-MS/MS分析方法。分析质谱测定P、S时常见的氧化物、氢化物等多原子离子干扰、双电荷干扰,比较He、H2、O2等碰撞反应模式对干扰的消除效果,选择O2作为最佳碰撞反应气。优化检测模式,选择双质谱进行质量转移,根据优化后的检测条件,经过Q1时同位素M进入碰撞反应池,与O2反应生成的氧化物MO进入Q2被采集,通过二级质谱可以彻底消除一切干扰。同时,选择合适的定量离子进行定量分析。结果显示,P、S在2.0~500μg/L浓度范围内均具有良好线性,相关系数均大于0.9995,采用该方法对国家标准物质苹果(GBW 10019)进行测定,结果均在标准值不确定度范围内,RSD不大于2.3%。方法可满足食品中P、S等元素的精准检测。A method for the determination of phosphorus and sulfur in food by ICP-MS/MS was established.The mass spectra interference of P and S was analyzed,such as oxide,hydride and double charged ions.Compared with that of He,H2 and O2 as collision/reaction gas for the elimination of interference,O2 was selected as the best reaction gas.The detection method was optimized,and triple quadrupole mass spectrometry was used.According to the optimized detection condition,the isotopes of M enter the collision cell after Q1,the oxide MO formed by the reaction with O2 and enters into Q2.The mass transfer of the mass spectrum can almost completely eliminate all interferences.At the same time,the appropriate quantitative ions were selected for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the good linear calibration curves were obtained in the range of 2.0-500μg/L for P and S,and the correlation coefficient were over than 0.9995.The national standard substance apple(GBW 10019)was determined using this method.The results were all within the standard value range,and RSD were not more than 2.3%.The method could meet the precise detection of P and S in food.
