摘  要:目的系统评价对分课堂这一教学方式在护理教学中的应用效果。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、JBI循证护理中心图书馆、PubMed、Web of Science、中国期刊全文数据库、中文科技期刊数据库和万方数据库,检索有关对分课堂对比传统教学法在本科护理教学中应用的随机对照研究或类随机对照研究。对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,而后提取有效数据并采用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果最终纳入12个类随机对照研究,共1696位研究对象。评价结果显示与传统教学法相比,应用对分课堂的教学方式可提升学生的学习态度和自主学习能力,对以操作考试成绩、理论考试成绩、评判性思维能力为结局指标的文献结果因存在异质性无法进行合并。结论现有研究显示,对分课堂已在多门护理本科教学中被采用,显示出一定的优势,尚需开展更多高质量的研究,采用多元的考核形式,全面评价其效果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using PAD class in nursing education of bachelor degree.Methods Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)or quasi randomized controlled trials(q-RCTs)about comparing PAD class with traditional teaching method in nursing education were searched from the following electronic databases:Cochrane Library,JBI Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,CQVIP,Wangfang.The methodological quality of the included studies was assessed,and the valid data were extracted and meta-analyzed by using RevMan5.3 software.Results Twelve q-RCT involving 1696 participants were included.Comparing with traditional teaching method,PAD class teaching method in nursing education can improve students'learning attitude and self-learning ability.Due to heterogeneity,the outcomes of the practice test,the written test,and critical thinking cannot be put into meta-analysis.Conclusion PAD class has been adopted in multiple nursing undergraduate courses,showing some advantages.More high-quality studies need to be carried out,and multiple evaluation forms should be used to comprehensively evaluate the PAD class's effects.
