案例教学法在地市级电大法学实践教学中的应用

摘　　要：案例教学法灵活高效,能适应不同水平的学习者,全面覆盖学生法学实践技能训练。将案例教学法应用于地市级电大法学实践教学,构建"以学生为主体,以技能训练为核心"的实践教学体系,整合教师资源,构建"双师型"教师团队,突出学生的主体地位,能确保案例教学的实效性。Case teaching with the flexible and efficient characteristics,can adapt to different levels of learners and train practical skills training of law for students.By applying case teaching in practical teaching of law course,which could build the practical teaching system of the"take the student as the main body,with skill training as the core",then,integrating resources for the teachers and building"double-type"teachers team,could emphasize student’s outstanding role and ensure the effect of case teaching.
