摘　　要：小学阶段是儿童的过渡阶段,需要他们从以前的自由,到现在根据规则做事,并在课堂上学习的学校的规定,但他也是小学生成长的重要时期,需要他们从幼稚、心理未成熟到现在的认真听讲、遵守校园规定的转变。而且在这个时期大部分的儿童都是自制力不强、自主学习能力差、心智不成熟的弱点。现在发生了巨大的变化在经济,教育也随着经济的变革发生了重大改变,在小学英语教学中,教师的基本素养越来越重要,特别是表演素养体系的形成,成为教学的重大举措。并给教学注入了新鲜血液,带来了更多活力。The primary school stage is a transitional stage for children,which requires them to change from the previous freedom to the school regulations of doing things according to the rules and learning in the classroom.However,it is also an important period for the growth of primary school students,which requires them to change from naive and immature psychology to listening carefully and abiding by campus regulations.And in this period,most of the children are weak in self-control,poor autonomous learning ability and immature mind.Great changes have taken place now.In the economy,education has also changed greatly with the economic reform.In primary school English teaching,teachers’basic literacy is becoming more and more important,especially the formation of performance literacy system,which has become a major measure of teaching.He has injected fresh blood into teaching and brought more vitality.
