摘　　要：1.前言厨房是家庭中极为重要的一个区域,美味且干净的菜肴是提高人们生活质量的重要保障[1-3]。人们对生活质量不断提高的要求推动着市场的进步,同时地产和家装行业也不断深化对厨房装修的业务,中国人对厨房的要求从最初的实用主义转变为审美和实用相结合。Kitchen is one of the most important places in the home living environment,which affects people’s quality of life.This paper firstly introduces the types of kitchen products and the types of cabinets.Secondly,the authors analyze the shape,structure and function of the existing kitchen products on the market.Thirdly,the authors try to understand the user’s satisfaction with the existing kitchen and products by means of questionnaires.Finally,the authors analyzes the development trend of future kitchen products according to the research results and ergonomics theory.
