摘 要:重症医学科在实习教学中应用整体思维表观察对实习医师整体思维能力的影响。将进入重症医学科的133名临床实习医师为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。对照组常规实习教学。试验组实行整体思维表制度,带教教师依照整体思维表框架及要求引导实习医师进行病例汇报、病情分析和病历书写等全过程。共有128人完成全部实习和考核,试验组实习医师在常规考核、思维考核、教学满意度等方面均优于对照组。研究证明整体思维表有助于实习医师快速建立整体思维框架、理顺思路、提高整体思维能力,增加了实习的主动性和自信心。Interns holistic thinking was observed in department of critical care medicine by a thinking table.133 clinical interns were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group received routine practice teaching.In the experimental group,the thinking table system was implemented,and the teachers guided the interns to carry out the whole process of case report,disease analysis and medical record writing according to the thinking table framework and requirements.A total of 128 students completed all internships and examinations.The interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group in terms of routine assessment,thinking assessment and teaching satisfaction.Studies had proved that the holistic thinking table could help interns quickly establish the overall thinking framework,straighten out the thinking,improve the overall thinking ability,and increase the initiative and self-confidence of interns.
