摘  要:高校学分制管理下,学生个性化发展成为主要特征,因材施教是学生个性化发展的重要措施之一。我校基础化学实验课摒弃了传统的单一教学目标的教学模式,设置了三个不同层次的教学目标。基于不同层次的教学目标,在教学内容和教学方法上进行了重构,建立了分层次因材施教的教学新模式,精心设计了课前、课中和课后三个教学环节分层次教学的教学内容和方法。通过教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果,多数学生都能在原有基础上获得提高和发展。Under the guidance of credit system in colleges and universities,students’individualized development has become the main feature of education,and teaching students according to their aptitude is one of the most important strategies to realize students’individualized development.The traditional teaching mode of single unified teaching objective is abandoned in the basic chemistry experiment course in our school.Teaching objectives at three levels were set up.Based on these classified teaching objectives,course contents and instruction methods are reconstructed,a new teaching mode according to students’aptitude is established,and the course contents and teaching methods of three teaching links,before,during and after class,are also designed.Good teaching outcomes have been achieved and most students are progressing well through teaching practice.
