摘 要:目的探讨分析在手外科临床教学中应用病例教学的效果。方法实验时间从2016年12月—2019年12月,实验对象为在该院手外科进行临床实习的98名实习生。按照实验目的,将所有实习生分为实验组和对照组,分别给予病例教学法和传统教学法进行临床教学。比较两组实习生带教前后的理论知识成绩和实践技能评分。比较两组带教后实习生的学习兴趣与主动性评分。结果带教后,实验组和对照组理论知识成绩分别为(95.2±4.4)分和(88.6±4.2)分,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.947,P<0.05)。实验组和对照组实践技能评分分别为(94.3±4.3)分和(88.1±4.9)分,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.934,P<0.05)。实验组和对照组学习兴趣与主动性评分分别为(96.8±1.6)分和(80.8±7.4)分,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.231,P<0.05)。结论将病例教学法引入手外科临床教学中,应用效果明显。Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of case teaching in clinical teaching of hand surgery.Methods The experimental period was from December 2016 to December 2019.The subjects of the experiment are 98 interns who were in clinical practice in the hand surgery department of the hospital during the period.According to the purpose of the experiment,all interns were divided into experimental group and control group,and were given case teaching method and traditional teaching method for clinical teaching.Compared the theoretical knowledge scores and practical skills scores of the two groups of interns before and after teaching.Compared the learning interest and initiative scores of the two groups of interns after teaching.Results After teaching,the theoretical knowledge scores of the experimental group and the control group were(95.2±4.4)points and(88.6±4.2)points.the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically singificant(t=8.947,P<0.05).The practical skill scores of the experimental group and the control group were(94.3±4.3)points and(88.1±4.9)points,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically singificant(t=8.934,P<0.05).The learning interest and initiative scores of the experimental group and the control group were(96.8±1.6)points and(80.8±7.4)points,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The difference was statistically singificant(t=12.231,P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the case teaching method into clinical teaching of hand surgery,the application effect is obvious.
