摘 要:声子晶体具有隔振特性,可用于减震降噪领域。为探索声子晶体结构板件在汽车噪声控制的应用,以某汽车为研究对象,建立具有声子晶体顶棚的汽车整车车身结构有限元模型。在此基础上,创建声子晶体顶棚声学空腔有限元网格,并运用声学仿真软件进行声学模态有限元计算。建立整车边界元模型,选择发动机激励信号的频谱,在发动机悬置处施加载荷,计算得到汽车车内声场中不同位置处声压分布。选取具有声子晶体顶棚汽车模型中驾驶员、前排乘员等头部位置作为响应点,与汽车原始模型的声压级结果进行对比分析。结果表明在一定频率范围内,汽车的声压级有一定程度的降低。有关结论可为声子晶体板件结构在汽车降噪中的应用提供借鉴。The phononic crystal has the characteristic of vibration isolation and can be used in the field of vibration and noise reduction.In order to explore the application of the phononic crystal panel in the automotive noise reduction control,a finite element model of the whole automobile body with the phononic crystal roof is established.The finite element mesh of the acoustic cavity of the vehicle with the phononic crystal roof is established and the acoustic modal calculated by means of the acoustic finite element simulation software.Then,the boundary element model of the entire vehicle is established.The frequency spectrum of the engine excitation signal is selected.The load is added to the engine mount and the sound pressure distribution at different positions in the sound field is calculated.In the vehicle model,the head positions of the driver and the front passengers are selected as the measurement points of the sound field.The results of the sound pressure level of the vehicle model with the phononic crystal roof are compared with those of the original ones.It is concluded that the vehicle’s sound pressure level has a certain degree of reduction in a certain frequency range.This conclusion may have some reference significance for the application of phononic crystal plate in vehicle’s noise reduction.
