摘 要:目的探讨虚拟病例联合Seminar教学法在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月—6月在本院消化内科接受规范化培训的40名住院医师,由计算机编号,按照单双数分为两组各20名,对照组(n=20)实施传统教学,观察组(n=20)实施虚拟病例联合Seminar教学法,比较两组考核成绩评分、调查问卷反馈。结果观察组各项考核成绩评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组调查问卷反馈结果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在消化内科住院医师规范化培训中实施虚拟病例联合Seminar教学法,可明显改善住院医师专业知识掌握情况以及临床操作技巧,提高其对培训方法的满意度。Objective To explore the role of virtual cases combined with Seminar teaching method in the standardized training of residents in gastroenterology.Methods Forty people from January 2018 to June 2018 who received standardized training of residents in the department of gastroenterology of the hospital were divided into two groups of 20 by the digital table method.The control group(n=20)was implemented traditional teaching.The observation group(n=20)was implement virtual case combined with Seminar teaching method and compare the teaching results of the two groups.Results The scores of all assessment scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the questionnaire feedback results in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of virtual cases combined with Seminar teaching method in the standardized training of resident physicians in gastroenterology can significantly improve the professional knowledge of resident physicians and clinical operation skills,and increase their satisfaction with the training methods.
