摘  要:近年来,许多医学院校在临床专业中实施了“早期接触社会,早期接触临床,早期接触科研”的“三早”教育模式,在全面提升医学生素质上取得了良好的效果。随即,多所高校开始尝试“早接触专业,早接触案件,早接触科研”的法医学本科“三早教育”培养模式,但与临床医学的本科教育相比,法医学的本科教育模式有其独特性,因此,法医学本科“三早教育”培养模式的实践方式、应用模式及验收成果的方法都有待进一步探索和研究。本文总结了2017年以来在贵州医科大学法医学院开展“三早教育”的实践经验、取得成效以及存在的问题,希望能为该培养模式的良性发展提供依据。In recent years,many medical schools have implemented the“three early education”model of“early exposure to society,early exposure to clinical,and early exposure to scientific research”in clinical medical education,which has achieved good results in comprehensively improving the quality of medical students.Then,many colleges and universities began to try the“three early education”training model of“early exposure to professional,cases and scientific research”in forensic medicine education.But compared with the undergraduate education of clinical medicine,the undergraduate education model of forensic medicine has its uniqueness.Therefore,the practice mode,application mode and method of acceptance results of the“three early education”training model of the undergraduate forensic medicine need to be further explored and studied.This article summarizes the practical experience,achievements,and existing problems of“three early education”carried out in Guizhou Medical University School of Forensic Medicine since 2017,hoping to provide a basis for the healthy development of this training model.
