摘  要:随着我国教育水平的提高、大学不断扩招,如何对众多学生进行管理,保证学生在校园里健康成长是扩招后面临的挑战。各大高校普遍采取兼职班主任配合辅导员完成学生工作的模式,有其明显的优势,亦有不足之处。医学检验专业作为国家级特色专业、省级名牌专业和重点专业,从2013年入学开始,在学制上从5年改为4年,学位从医学学位改为理学学位,成为了一个尴尬的专业。该文以问卷调查的方式分析了医学院校79名检验技术专业大一新生对专业的认同感,针对得出的数据思考并提出附属医院检验科老师作为医学检验技术本科生兼职班主任在教学活动中的对策,促进医学检验技术专业兼职班主任教学相长。With the improvement of education level and the continuous expansion of university enrollment in China,how to manage the large number of students and ensure the healthy growth of students on campus is a challenge.Colleges and universities generally adopt the mode of part-time head teachers cooperating with instructors to manage students,which has its obvious advantages and disadvantages.Medical laboratory major,as a national characteristic major,a provincial famous brand major and a key major,has been an embarrassing major since 2013,when it changed from 5 years to 4 years in the academic system and changed from medical degree to science degree.This paper analyzes the professional identity of 79 freshmen majoring in laboratory technology in medical college by means of questionnaire survey,and puts forward the countermeasures of laboratory technician as part-time head teacher of medical laboratory technology undergraduates in teaching activities according to the obtained data.So as to achieve the purpose of teaching and learning.
