摘  要:"鲁班工坊"是将我国现代职业教育优秀的职业技术和教学成果配合中国企业、中国装备走出去与世界分享,采取学历教育与职业培训的方式将鲁班精神、优质技能对外传输,培养当地熟悉我国技术、产品和标准的技术技能型人才,为"一带一路"沿线国家的产业和我国"一带一路"建设对接服务。2018年,习近平总书记在中非合作论坛北京峰会开幕式上正式将"鲁班工坊"上升为国家战略,这为我国少数民族职业教育的发展带来了新的机遇。本文从少数民族地区的区位优势出发,从创办模式、办学模式、课程体系和政策保障四个方面入手,对打造少数民族职业教育"鲁班工坊"进行深入的探讨,以期创办职业教育的民族品牌。"Lu Ban Workshop" is to cooperate with Chinese enterprises and Chinese equipment to make the excellent vocational technology and teaching results of a modern Chinese vocational education go out to share with the world. Lu Ban spirit and high quality skills will be transferred to the outside world through academic education and vocational training to train local skilled personnel who are familiar with China’s technologies, products and standards, and dock service for the industry of the countries along "The Belt and Road" and our "The Belt and Road" construction. In 2018, at the opening ceremony of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation summit in Beijing, General Secretary Xi Jinping officially elevated Lu Ban’s Workshop to a national strategy, bringing new opportunities for the development of China’s vocational education of ethnic minorities. Starting from the regional advantages of ethnic minority areas, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on how to build a "Lu Ban workshop" for ethnic minorities vocational education from four aspects: founding mode, school-running mode, curriculum system and policy guarantee, with a view to creating a ethnic brand of vocational education.
