摘　　要：中国特色高水平高等职业学校和专业建设计划的启动和实施,对高职院校干部队伍建设提出了新要求,即高职院校中层干部要强政治、明大势、懂产业、重质量.但当前部分高职院校干部身上还存在马克思主义理论素养跟不上形势发展要求,奔向一流、追求卓越的意识和动力不足,谋大事、干大事、全力把大事干成的精神和气魄不足,综合素质与"双高计划"要求有差距等问题,中层干部队伍建设水平尚难以适应"双高计划"建设的目标要求.因此,需要通过学校领导班子带头"做表率"、学校组织部门精心"做培养"、中层干部个人自觉"做功课"、广大教职员工努力"做后盾"等方式,进一步加强高职院校中层干部队伍建设.The initiation and implementation of the construction plan of high-level higher vocational schools and specialties with Chinese characteristics put forward new requirements for the construction of cadres in higher vocational colleges,that is,middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges should strengthen politics,understand the general situation,understand industry and attach importance to quality.However,there are still some problems in some cadres of higher vocational colleges,such as the theoretical literacy of Marxism can not keep up with the requirements of the development of the situation,the lack of consciousness and motivation to strive for the first-class and the pursuit of excellence,the lack of spirit and courage to plan for big things,the gap between the comprehensive quality and the requirements of the"double high plan",and the construction level of the middle-level cadres is still difficult to meet the requirements of the"double high plan".Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of middle-level cadres in higher vocational colleges by taking the lead in"setting an example",carefully"doing training"by the Organization Department of the school,consciously"doing homework"by middle-level cadres,and"backing up"by the majority of teaching and administrative staff.
