摘　　要：近年来职业素养教育越来越受到关注,众多学者对此问题进行了研究和实践。文章通过对近年来国内高校职业素养教育的相关文献进行检索分析,从职业素养的内涵研究、职业素养教育的现状研究与实践性研究等方面进行了梳理,继而提出高校应加强学生职业素养教育,构建有利于提升职业素养人才培养模式的展望。In recent years,professional quality education has caused wide public attention,and many scholars have conducted research on this subject.Through retrieval and analysis of the relevant literature in domestic colleges and universities in recent years,this paper analyzes the connotation,the current situation and practice of professional quality education,and then puts forward the suggestion that colleges and universities should strengthen the education and develop a talent training program conducive to improving professional qualities.
