摘　　要：非学历继续教育在学习型社会的建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用,但也面临着新的挑战。文章以北京市朝阳社区学院培训中心为例,分析其发展面临的问题,探索非学历继续教育服务学习型城区的路径。Nonacademic continuing education plays an increasingly important role in the construction of a learning society,but it also faces new challenges.Taking the training center of Beijing Chaoyang Community College as an example,this paper analyses the existing problems and explores the path of how to make nonacademic continuing education serve a learning district.
