摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在西医院校卓越医生教改班中医学教学中的应用效果,为教改成果推广提供依据。方法采用不同的教学方法对不同教改班进行教学,课程结束后,采用相同方式进行成绩考核,并对研究对象进行问卷调查,对比2个班级的成绩及学生学习的真实感受。结果试验组学生理论考试的各项成绩较对照组均有明显提高(P<0.01);学生们普遍认为PBL联合CBL教学法提高了学习兴趣和效果,思维和能力得到培养(P<0.05)。结论在中医学教学中推广PBL联合CBL教学法,给课堂注入了生机和活力,提高了学生的学习效果。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL combined with CBL teaching method in the teaching of Chinese medicine in the teaching reform class of excellent doctors in western medicine colleges,and to provide the basis for the promotion of teaching reform results.Methods Different teaching methods were used to teach different teaching reform classes.After the course was over,students were assessed in the same way,and the subjects were investigated with a questionnaire to compare the results of the two classes and students’real feelings of learning.Results Compared with the control group,the students’scores in theory examination in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.01).Students generally believe that PBL combined with CBL teaching method improves learning interest and effect,and cultivates thinking and ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of PBL combined with CBL is popularized in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.
