当代高校“立德树人”的现状及其限制因素研究

摘　　要：教育是国之大计,党之大计,教育关系到国家的发展和民族的未来。高等教育中的立德树人是树立教育道德与培育人性道德的有机统一。科学了解高等教育“立何德”“树何人”与当代高校“立德树人”的现状尤为重要,通过对目前高校“立德树人”现状的分析,提出了目前高校“立德树人”教育存在的五点限制因素。Education is the great plan of the country and the party.Education is related to the development of the country and the future of the nation.Moral education in higher education is the organic unity of establishing educational morality and cultivating human morality.It is particularly important to scientifically understand“what morality to establish”,“what people to cultivate”in higher education,and the current situation of"Establishing Morality and Cultivating People"in contemporary colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the present situation,this paper puts forward five restrictive factors in the education of"Establishing Morality and Cultivating People"in modern colleges and universities.
