摘　　要：以中医院校民族传统体育跆拳道课程为切入点,构建起高校跆拳道混合式教学模式。通过本课题的理论研究和实践应用,来促进高校学生的体质健康,提高体育课堂教学效率,推动高校体育教学改革,为未来进一步探究高校体育混合式教学提供参考依据。Taking traditional Chinese Medicine College taekwondo course as the breakthrough point,the mixed teaching mode of Taekwondo in Colleges and universities was constructed.Through the theoretical research and practical application of this topic,to promote the physical health of college students,improve the efficiency of physical education classroom teaching,promote the reform of physical education in Colleges and universities,and provide reference for further exploring the mixed teaching of college sports in the future.
