摘　　要：运用教学质量综合测评系统对顶岗实习学生的教学质量监控进行了研究。针对学生顶岗实习质量管理中出现的有关问题,通过测评系统制定相应的指标体系,依据测评数据对测评结果进行分析,并针对测评过程中发现的问题提出了相应的诊断建议。对促进工学结合的人才培养模式改革,不断提升人才培养质量提供出了探索性的建议。In this paper,the teaching quality monitoring and control of intern students is studied by using the teaching quality comprehensive evaluation system.In view of the related problems in the quality management of students’in-post practice,the corresponding index system is established through the evaluation system,the evaluation results are analyzed according to the evaluation data,and the corresponding diagnostic Suggestions are put forward for the problems found in the evaluation process.Some exploratory suggestions are put forward to promote the reform of talent training mode combining work with study and improve the quality of talent training constantly.
