Curriculum Design and Teaching Effect Evaluation of Integrated Nursing Professional Courses Based on Organ-systems Oriented Integrated Program

摘  要:目的开展以“器官系统为中心”(OSOIP)的护理学专业课程整合设计并评价实施效果。方法本研究采用试验对照方法。采用整群抽样的方法,选择2017年和2018年在我校就读护理学专业二年级的2015级和2016级护理学专业893名学生为研究对象,将2016级护理学专业435名学生设为试验组,将2015级护理学专业458名学生设为对照组。试验组采用OSOIP整合式护理学专业课程体系进行教学,对照组采用传统的以学科为中心的课程体系进行教学,比较两组学生的课程考核成绩及整合式教学效果评价情况。结果课程整合后总学时减少16学时。试验组期末考试成绩、综合成绩和成绩优秀率[(72.24±7.10)分、(81.03±4.06)分、81.52%]显著高于对照组[(69.01±8.50)分、(79.82±4.84)分、62.07%],且差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。94.00%以上的同学认可课程整合式教学。结论基于OSOIP护理学专业整合课程体系整体优于传统的以学科为基础的课程体系,可提高学生学习效果及课程满意度。Objective Carry out organ-systems oriented integrated program nursing professional curriculum integrated design and evaluate the implementation effect.Methods This study used an experimental control method.Using cluster sampling method,893 students of 2015 and 2016 nursing majors who studied in the second year of nursing major in our school in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research object,435 students of 2016 nursing major were set as experiments group,458 students of nursing major in 2015 were set as the control group.The experimental group adopts the OSOIP integrated nursing professional curriculum system for teaching,while the control group adopts the traditional subject-centered curriculum system for teaching.Compares the results of the two groups of students in the course assessment and integrated teaching effect evaluation.Results After the course is integrated,the total hours will be reduced by 16 hours.The final test scores,comprehensive scores and excellent scores of the experimental group[(72.24±7.10)points,(81.03±4.06)points,81.52%]were significantly higher than the control group[(69.01±8.50)points,(79.82±4.84)points,62.07%],and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).More than 94%of students recognize the integrated teaching of the course.Conclusion The integrated curriculum system based on OSOIP nursing major is better than the traditional subject-based curriculum system,which can improve students'learning effect and curriculum satisfaction.
