摘  要:师范专业认证标准中,对师范生的个人技能提出了明确的要求,但是地方高校尤其是地方非师范院校在培养师范生教学技能方面还存在一些问题,如课程设置不合理,更偏向于专业课程,理论与实践脱节,实践教学师资力量不足等。为更好地提升思政专业师范生的教学技能,该文在分析产生问题的原因后,从课程设置注重合理性、全面性,加强对思政专业师范生实践环节的管理,加强师资队伍建设,提升实践指导能力等方面提出相应对策。The certification standards for education majors have put forward clear requirements for the personal skills of education majors.However,local colleges and universities,especially local non-normal colleges and universities,still have some problems in cultivating the teaching skills of education majors,such as unreasonable curriculum arrangement with a strong bias towards professional courses,disconnection between theory and practice in the cultivation of education majors'teaching skills,lack of teachers for practical teaching,etc.In order to better improve the teaching skills of ideological and political education majors,after analyzing the causes of the problems,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures,such as focusing on the rationality and comprehensiveness of curriculum arrangement,strengthening the management of practical links for ideological and political education majors,enhancing the construction of teaching staff,and improving their ability to guide students'practice.
